I booked Eresin Hotels Sultanahmet for its excellent and comfortable location, just a short walk from major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Cisterns. The hotel is situated on a lively street, making it even more enjoyable. It’s only a 5-minute stroll to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and Topkapi Palace. For dinner, we opted for Masala'z Indian Takeaway, which was conveniently nearby.

It is located minute walk from a mosque and a museum and that's perfect. The breakfast is above average and excellent, available with good turkish coffee and stunning view, for example.

Eresin Hotels Sultanahmet boasts an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, just a short 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and many historical sites, including the Museum of Islamic Arts. It's the perfect spot for exploring the historical heart of Istanbul. Don't miss the nearby Millbay Cafe for a delightful tea or coffee break.

Good location, close to the main places of interest and restaurants. Not far from the Ataturk airport - 30 min. by car.
Not a 5 stars hotel - maximum 4 stars. Rooms are quite small. Air-conditioning system was damaged. No hamam. No free transfer to the airport.

I have significant disappoint of English knowledge of the hotel staf including some shifts some managers on duty. Because in Turkey I think that is very importent keep in mind that Eresin Crown Hotel by the way have 4 stars.

It was a gorgeous place, had incredibly attentive and very very helpful staff at reception desk. I had a classically decorated double room with a panoramic view at the sea. The location was wonderful, very close to the museum, the Blue Mosque and the river, and the Hippodrome and Aya Sofia.

Incredibly attentive and hospitable staff at reception desk, and the ambience is quiet! The breakfasts is above average and excellent with lots of food.
The bathrooms are dirty.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and the spacious meeting rooms provided various possibilities for perfect meetings, congresses, and presentations. The facilities were excellent and met my needs for a productive business stay.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Having a place to print documents and access other office amenities would have been convenient.

Location of hotel is excellent. Bathroom was equipped with Jacuzzi that was a pleasant surprise. Variety of food choice for breakfast was also good.
Hotel staff is far from 5-star level of training, communication in English was limited to simple requests, cocktails in bar are outrageously expensive and still not testy. I would rate this hotel as solid 3 stars, may be up to 4 if you are lucky with the room. But never as 5 stars, it is just complete misrepresentation of the hotel level.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
